If you encounter an issue with broken parts or receive incorrect parts for your product, please identify the correct part name from the instruction manual or take a photo of the damage/broken part and inform our customer service.
We will have the correct part dispatched from our warehouse. Spare parts requests are processed within a specified date range, and you will receive tracking information via your provided email and contact number. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
