Yes. Unless the product was damaged in shipping, shipped in error or as otherwise prohibited by law, returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are necessary for us to receive and inspect returned items and return items to inventory, so we do not ship defective or damaged products to future customers.
